Morning of Craps!

Just went for employee Medical Checkup here. Freaking traffic with retarded drivers around (1 horned me for nothing & 1 I horned for his/her stupidity), 1 hour to search for d clinic (with all so-called “landmark” well-hidden), 2 hours to get myself pee, & d DR said my blood pressure is near d edge (which I can easily tells why after all I gone thru in the morning). Reached office at 1130 while actual office hour starts at 0700. What is wrong with this morning!?!?!? What am I even doing at this place!?!?!?! CRAPS!!!!

Letter for You

(p.s: Starting new job is getting out of d valley of depression, somehow still like to compose these for you :D)

Just like every ignorant fool in this world, I only realized how important everyone of you is to me all these became merely memory... Somehow glad I still able to appreciate these memories :)

To Pana Lab friends,
You guys are major part of my life for the past 3 yrs. Starting from the "little space" in Pana Lab, the place which were once crowded & merry from daytime to late night. We were so stupid & happy back then. Sleeping King, Tea Time Queen, Anime, Supper King, Korea Frenzy, Japanese Frenzy, Pooh Bear, Penguin, Cat, Dota, Ah Mar, Kopi, Pig, Gay, Pamelo Attack... all these are more than simply weird terms for us. Not to mentioned coutnless parties we had for birthdays, mooncake festival, chinese new year, new year & christmas. Wonder if we had the chance to gather again for such event, just like old time, & being crazy & stupid as we were?

To Housemates,
Since Sophea is considered as Pana Lab friends, this part actually refer to CH & PL la, my 7-yr housemate & his caring gf. Not only housemates, but also my kaki for supper, breakfast, dinner, jogging, hiking, movie, chatting n karaoke. Though sometimes you guys gone for weeks or months, leaving me alone in house, but always remembered to bring food or souvenirs back. Really thx for feeding me all these while :)

To MLK gang,
Basically referring to those had new year eve steamboat together last Thu la. Some of you I knew since Alpha yr, while some are only recent 1,2 yrs. As time passed by, you guys getting married, coupled, go overseas, back from overseas one after one. Just like watching movie of different stages of life, showing right in front of me, starring my friends who was just next to me. Really can feel the rythm of life is playing.

To WD friends,
Perfer to use "friends" instead of "ex-cols". So lucky that my 1st job did not put me in a battle field where everyone trying to kill each other. N thx so much for so supporting of my Herbal Tea. You guys are nice & funny, and some are crazy. Haha. Coffee, Nasi Lemak, Titbits, Cookies, TGIF, Scandals, Rocker, Harasser (-__-''), Fierce girl, Karaoke (only once), photo frame (+ photo)... & most of all, the freaking nice Cheese Cakes (which really surprised & touched me, though I din show much :p), how can i forget?

To Pre-Uni friends,
Sorry but I categorized those I knew b4 Uni in this category, I might have to goes 3 more pages if I want to make really precise categories. Somehow, AP & Irene, ths for d farewell @ Sunway. My ex-wife (u know who u are :p), though u din come, thx too la. WJ who is far at Sweden, now I can feel your loneliness a bit. And those far at South (and some dunno where already), pls always take care.

To family,
I doubt any of you might ever come across this blog. But I just feel moving to Penang made me further away from you guys, also less chance to meet you guys. I will try to come back more & pls always stay healthy & happy...

To Penang friends,
You guys must be really boh song as I am talking like I got no friends at Penang at all. Haha. Somehow my sadness is not about seeing you guys, but leaving these bunch of awesome friends behind. If you were me, you will sure have the same feeling.

Long lists but short letters for every team; maybe that's me, always trying to grab ALL in my hand but never have so big capacity... Till next time :)

1st morning @ Penang

1st morning @ Penang, my new housemates will only be back tomorrow, so I have the all empty new unit for myself currently. And indeed it is kinda EMPTY because the furniture only comes in few days later...

The view of my window is good, seeing d entire Penang bridge from 20 floor height. If will be surely a great 1st morning view; IF I already get over all my sentimental (cowardness) thought to leave KL behind. Still feeling kinda empty, but I can't just lay down & die [1]. So I took my breakfast, & drop by to Cyber Cafe for a while. And after this I am going to explore Penang by myself. Though I forgot my maps in unknown corner inside my unpacked boxes, but... how big can Penang be? [2] Wahahaha...

p.s: So far all ppl I met here are quite friendly, from Nasi Kandar shop server to Cyber Cafe counter guy. And thx to Nam for accompany last night.

(the night later: I drove to few places, Nam's house (Sg Ara), HS's house (Gelugor, USM), Intel, Bus Station, Komtar... skipped Batu Feringgi but missed out the airport & Gurney. Took some photos but not able to upload now. Maybe later. Realising my sadness is not going towards unknown, but it is about leaving out awesome things behind; this relieve me abit because I am not so coward bout unknown somehow :p Anyway still need to keep myself from being too free & think about things yang bukan-bukan.)

[1] Taken from song "I will survive", enjoyed duet this song with you, Su, feels like just yesterday. Oops... it was 2 days ago :p

[2] Sophea, this sounds like what we (with Clement) were saying @ Klang last time.

Final Days in KL...

Last few days in WD were not relaxing, in fact, they were more hectic than previous because I need to clear my job b4 leaving. Perhaps such busy life was good so I didn't have much time to think about the fact I am soon leaving this place which I stayed for so many years. So much that I am leaving behind, from my 7-yrs housemate, hometown friends, uni friends, lab friends, till my newly friended coleagues.

Finaly, until d day before i leave, I happened to be available to realize the fact that I would not want to think about - leaving. Why am I even leaving such a place where so much faces I familiar??? I dun know... :(

(...to be continue)

p.s: now is my 1st night @ penang, inside cybercafe now.

25-12-2009

25-12-2009, Christmas Day, which not so Christmas for me so far...

It is 3:26pm 25-12-2009 now.Except this is a public holiday, there is & was nothing I can feel about Christmas now & yesterday. Life just passed on, by a slightly pathetic way.

Maybe it is because I am going to make big changes in life by moving to another environment after 7 yrs in KL? Leaving ppls & habits that I familiar. It was not an easy decision. About 3 months since the decision was made, the sorrows & complex thoughts I had eventually left me merely emptiness & uncertainty. I am not sure what will happen next, I have no idea what to do now. I set up a long term, ambitious plan; because I dunno what I am living for.

Somehow life was not so pathetic for the past few months: I had few bunches of old friends that are still hanging around, 1st job with new colleagues that are nice, a new borned niece that is cute & lovely, family that are close as ever, submitted my not-so-scientific thesis, big vision to boost about, 1st clubbing experience... Life is great! ......Anyway I happen just not in the mood to really appreciate these beauties right now, that's all, bye =.=

AwoOOOoOo~~~

This is my 1st time to the Big Bad Wolf book warehouse sales. The warehouse sales is located @ Amcorp Mall. All the books range from RM3~20.

2nd day of the sales, a public holiday Friday, I was here with Ngeow & Ah Mar at 10am, and the queue was already long~~~ We were eyes-wide-opened because this was our 1st visit to the sales, with really low prices. Though we were not able to find much famous or latest books, we still spent around 70+~100+ individually for the books at around the noon.

2 days later, Ah Mar & Ah Yee asked me to go for the sales again. But this time wasn't so enjoyable, as the books were not much differed from what we saw previously & more messy.

And 2 days after that, I went there again after work... :P Surprisingly there wasn't much people there. The books were less, but were arranged neatly (as compared with 2 days ago). Realising it would be my last visit during this sales, I spent again on the books...

Though I am still not able to find my target books there, I'd spent RM141.00 on 16 books in this sales. Wonder when or whether I can finish these books...

This Is It

This Is It... Last glimpse we have on MJ. Unable to get someone really interested for the movie, I simply out of sudden went to IOI mall, got myself a popcorn, n caught d show by myself. Surprisingly, the cinema was only half full, and I got a seat K13, right at the middle of entire cinema by myself.

"This Is It" is about MJ's rehearsal & making of his "never-to-be" final concerts. The "movie" started with few minutes about MJ announcement for his concert "This Is It", recruiting for dancers, and then the scenes of MJ's on-stage rehearsal cut in without further craps. The legendary hits... the songs about humanity & earth... & even some songs that I can hardly name them out (Well I am not his superfans afterall), I almost wanted to close my eyes to enjoy the songs, yet I couldn't bear to leave out any scene of dances & effects on the screen. Nevertheless, classics scenes of Zombies & ghosts dancing in "Thriller", street fight scenes in "Beat It", touching videos in "Earth Song", & every single performance. And the dance moves, OMG, just couldn't believe that he was 50-yrs old. Too bad I just got myself a "s" popcorns, it ran out even before "Thriller" came in.

Throughout the rehearsal, MJ was really involved with every arrangements, musics, effects, timings... I seriously have to take my hat off for his dedication for performance. For his speeches for Earth, humanity & children, you may call them "just for publication", but they can be really touch. This is what he intended to say about environment problem somewhere near the end of concert (Well I can't memorize them completely, so I just kinda rephrase it):
"... People always say "The government will figure out what to do." "They will do something about it." But who are they? It's us. ..."

No scene to remind you "He passed away, so sad...", "He is not gonna be around anymore", or "He was most popular superstar at 80's & 90's" (Even among superstars, he was still the shiniest). This movie is merely a gentle goodbye we have from this MJ (Ok, maybe it is also a money making thing to clear his debt, but enjoying big screen that almost showed a concert with only a movie ticket cost, I think it's really worth it for MJ's fans :P)

By the time the shows ended & the words came out on dark background, I only realized that a lot of his hits (more than I expected) were written by himself. Finally when even the dark background part was ended, there were me, a few Chinese college students, 2 Indian guys, & a Malay uncle with his nieces & nephews still inside the cinema. I guess great musics, performances & artworks really linked different races together... :P

Lastly, after the show, I think MJ is not dead, he is always with all of us who got & who gets inspirations from his songs. And for me, I will go on with these inspirations for my dream.

Take A Look At Yourself, AndThen Make A Change ..."
